Mexican Egg Medley

1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/3 cup water

1 1.25 oz. package taco seasoning

1/2 cup zesty tomatoes with green chilies

1/2 cup canned mexicorn

1/2 cup onions chopped

1/2 cup red peppers, chopped

1 package pita bread

1 cup Mexican cheese blend, grated

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup green olives, chopped

4 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped

1/2 cup black olives. chopped

In skillet, saute ground beef and garlic salt. Drain well. Mix water and taco seasoning. Combine ground beef mixture and taco seasoning in skillet, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, mexicorn, onions and peppers. Simmer for 10 minutes on low or until mixture thickens. Slice pita bread in half. Fill each half with meat mixture, top with cheese, sour cream, green olives, eggs and black olives.
