EGG SUBSTITUTES Liquid egg products formulated as substitutes for whole eggs. Such products contain egg white. The yolk is replaced with other ingredients such as nonfat milk, tofu, vegetable oils, emulsifiers, stabilizers. antioxidants, gum, artificial color, minerals and vitamins.
