OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
|

| • |
The First Place Winner will receive $1,000, Second Place, $500, and Third Place, $250. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged or substituted. |
| • | Contestants must be age 13 or older by April 1, 2003. |
| • | Eligibile recipes are judged equally on creativity, ease of preparation, taste appeal, and appearance. The recipe must be an original creation. Published recipes (recipes located in books, magazines, etc.) or past contest winning recipes will be disqualified. |
| • | All entries will be pre-judged. The top ten recipes chosen for final competition will be presented in a cook-off, set for Thursday, May 15, 2003 at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, Georgia. |
| • | Recipes eligible for the 2003 contest must meet the theme "Your Favorite Appetizer," which will require that the recipe feature a minimum of four whole eggs and serve at least four people. |
| • | An entry form is not required, however, it is provided here for your convenience in entering. Each recipe must be typed or printed on a separate piece of paper with name, address, and daytime phone number. |
| • | Entries become the property of the Georgia Egg Commission and will not be acknowledged or returned. |
| • | Entry constitutes permission to edit, modify, adapt, publish and otherwise use the recipe in any way without further compensation. Entrant also agrees to abide by the final decision of the judges. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. |
| • | Entrants automatically consent to the use of their names, hometowns and likenesses for promotional and publicity purposes without restrictions, compensation or advance notification, and they relinquish any and all rights and interest regarding their recipes. |
